摘要

Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To compare extraction ratio and chemical components of essential oil extracted by microwave-assisted hydrodistillation (MAHD) vs. Traditional hydrodistillation (HD) from Angelica dahurica var. Farmosana. METHODS: The essential oil was extracted from A. Dahurica var. Farmosana by MAHD and HD. The chemical component of essential oil was analyzed by GC-MS and computer retrieval. RESULTS: A total of 68 compounds were identified: 59 by MAHD and 37 by HD which were 88.93% and 94.79% in the total essential oil respectively. CONCLUSION: The chemical components of essential oil extracted by two methods are different significantly and the chemical components of essential oil extracted by MAHD is more than HD.
