新疆民间维药马蔺根的质量标准研究
Quality Standard of Xinjiang Uygur Medicine Iris halophila
摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To provide scientific basis for the utilization and development of Xinjiang Uygur medicine /. Halophila by setting up the quality standard of it.METHODS: 10 batches of I, halophila were collected from Xinjiang. The character, microscopic characteristics, moisture, ash and extract of it were identified. TLC was applied for qualitative identification. The content of volatile oil was determined by determination method for volatile oil. RESULTS: The character, microscopic characteristics and TLC spots of it clear;the content of volatile oil was no less than 0.15%. CONCLUSION: Established method can be used for the quality control of/, halophila.关键词
