维药新疆阿魏的生药鉴定
Pharmacognostic Identification of Ferula sinkiangensis
摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To study pharmacognositic characteristics of Ferula sinkiangensis. METHODS: The plant was identified by methods of property identification, microscopic identification and TLC. RESULTS: There were lots of secretory canal in the root, stem and leaf of plant, especially in the stem of roots; Nonglandular hair, starch grains, spiral vessel, reticulate vessel, stone cell and crystals can be identified in the powder of plant. The whole plant was with special resembling onion and garlic smells. TLC spots of test sample were same to those of ferulic acid in color. CONCLUSION: The study provides reference for the identification, development, utilization and quality standard of F. Sinkiangensis.关键词
