GC-MS法测定虎杖膏中龙脑与异龙脑的含量
Content Determination of Borneol and Isoborneol in Huzhang Cream by GC-MS

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the content determination of borneol and isoborneol in Huzhang cream. METHODS: GC-MS method was adopted. The Agilent HP-5MS chromatographic column was used with programmed temperature, high purity He as carrier gas and the vaporizer temperature at 260℃. The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1, the sample size was 2μL amd split ratio 20:1. The ion source temperature was 230℃ and quadropole temperature was 150 °C. Ionization mode was EI. RESULTS: The isoborneol and borneol both showed a good linear relationship were at the range of 0.005~0.061 ug and 0.012~0.150 ug, respectively(r=0.999 7). The average recoveries were 99.56% (RSD=2.20%,n=6)and 99.79% (RSD=2.03%,n=6),respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is stable, simple, sensitive and rapid. It can be used for the content determination of isoborneol and borneol in Huzhang cream.关键词
