平安丸的质量标准研究

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality standard of Ping'an pills. METHODS: Citrus reticuldta,C. Reiculata, kamotii Fructas Immzture, Myristica fraquans ,Aucklandia lappa, Cory delis yanhusuo were identified by TLC. The content of hesperidin Was determined by HPLC. RESULTS:TLC spot was clear and well-separated. The linear range of hesperidin was 0.1~l.lμg (r=0.999 9) with average recovery of 99.48% (RSD=0.62%,n=6). CONCLUSION:Established standard is suitable for the quality control of Ping'an pills.关键词
