Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of hyodeoxycholic acid in Danxiang biyan tablets. METHODS: After with 18-crown ether-6 as the catalyst and l-(2-bromoacetyl) -p-nitophenylacetonitrile as the derivatization reagent, the determination was carried out on a Diamonsil C18 column by RP-HPLC with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (60 = 40) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of hyodeoxycholic acid was 5.255~ 105.100μg-mL-1(r=0.999 4) with an average recovery of 97.64%(RSD=2.1%,n=6).CONCLUSION: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible for the content determination of hyodeoxycholic and the quality control of Danxiang biyan tablets.关键词
