牛白藤抗炎活性化学成分的研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the anti-inflammatory chemical constituents of Hedyotis hedyotidea. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by repeated silica column chromatography and identified by their physical characteristics and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum. Results Eight compounds were isolated and identified as ^-sitosterol (1) , A5'22 stigmasterol (2 ) , scopoletin (3) , lupeol (4), 3-epi-betulic acid (5) ,ursolic acid (6) ,oleanolic acid (7) and caffeic acid (8). Conclusion Compounds 4,7 and 8 were isolated from Hedyotis hedyotidea for the first time.关键词
