Abstract
Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease ( NAFLD) comprises a disease spectrum which includes variable degrees of simple steatosis nonalcoholic steatohepatitis ( NASH) and cirrhosis even liver failure and patocellular carcinoma. NAFLD can be considered the hepatic manifestation of the metabolic syndrome and is an independent predictor of type 2 diabetes(T2DM) and cardiovascular disease ( CVD) . Insulin resistance is the pathogenetic link between the metabolic syndrome and fat accumulation in the liver. Patients with NAFLD are a high risk population of the both of diseases. It's very important significance to early diagnosis and treatment of NAFLD for prevention T2DM and CVD.关键词
