摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between PIAS3 expression and the degree of glioma differentiation. Methods 30 patients with different degree of malignant glioma confirmed by pathology and 5 of surgical specimens of normal brain tissue were extracted the total small RNA. The expression of PIAS3 was detected with light microscope, immunohistochemistry, and then we detected the levels of PIAS3 in different grades of glioma and normal brain tissue through comparative control study using real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results PIAS3 was high expressed in normal brain tissue, however, low expressed in the human brain glioma with significant differences (P <0. 01). PIAS3 expression showed downward trend with the increased level of glioma, including grade II ,Ⅲ and IV ( entity) . However, there was no significant downward trend of PIAS3 level in grade IV (central necrosis) , part of which was even higher than its expression in normal brain tissue. There were significant differences found in expression level of PIAS3 between grade II and Ⅲ or IV (Entity) level (P<0.01). Conclusion PIAS3 is lowexpression in glioma, and may be closely related to the occurrence and development of glioma.关键词
