摘要

Abstract

This paper makes a study of hydraulic valve-controlled motor system in the electro-hydraulic proportional and servo integrated tester. A proportional valve is used as the control-unit, a valve-controlled motor as the output unit and angle, pressure and temperature transducers as feeding back unit,and an industrial computer as the control measures in the this hydraulic valve-controlled motor system. This article establishes the mathematical model of this hydraulic valve-controlled motor system; A dynamic simulation tool.SIMULINK software package in MATLAB.is taken as the development tool to establish the SIMUUNK simulation model and to obtain more reasonable control parameters, in order to improve system's control performance.
