摘要

Abstract

This article makes use of the principle of self-synchronization of dual-motor vibration to apply vibrating motor excitation to the straight-line vibrating screen. Then materials are tossed up on the sieve. The linear vibrating screen installed horizontally occupies smal space and its big transmission capacity makes the screen more suitable for pipeline operation. It has the character istics of simple structure, easy operation and maintenance. The high strength steel baits aare used as the main connector of the screen, in consideration of its low life. Not only its strength can meet the requirements, but also its maintenance is easy. Three-dimensional mapping sofftware UG is used in accordance with JB/T 9022 -1999 screen specification to design it and to calculate the relevant parameters. At last,the screen is assembled dynamically to perform the real products.
