摘要

Abstract

Aiming at forming thin-walled concave defect,at the hollow thin-walled aluminum profile extrusion, this paper adopts the numerical simulation analysis and gets the metal flow velocity distribution in the steady-state different directions and metal stress distribution in welding cavity. The simulation results show that the defects is occurred, because there are speed difference between the different parts in the same section and the metal flow's velocity is not same in different directions. According to the analyses,the design scheme of the choked flow block is adopted, which can hinder the metal flow and reduce the speed difference. Through the simulation calculation, the mould structure after modification is found that it can be used to manufacture qualified products.
