Abstract
The 5 0001 oil hydraulic press is analyzed for the finite element according to the actual working conditions by the software ANSYS to detect the design shortcomings and find out the stress and displacement This paper takes the cylinder model for example to introduce the way of building axisymmetric modeling and the issues needing to pay attention in ANSYS. It also uses the inrtia) design parameters to check the strength of cylinder, analyzes the oil hydraulic presses body frame and main components and gives a reference to the hydraulic machine optimal design for the overall structure.关键词
