摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize diagnose and endovascular treatment of intracraninal dissecting aneurysm. Metheds Of 12 patients with intracraninal dissecting aneurysm,9 underwnent endovascular stent and detachable coils, 2 closed up vertebral arterial and 1 double endovascular stent. Results Technical success was achieved all patients with no associated complications. No rebleeding occurred during a following up from 6 to 48 months in 12 patients, in whom 5 achieved DSA follow-up one year after operation and no recurrence occurred. Conclusion Endovascular treatment is a safe and effective method for intracraninal dissecting aneurysm.关键词
