大别山地区引种当归的质量评价
Quality Assessment of RADIX ANGELICAE SINENSIS Introduced to Dabieshan Mountains

Abstract
[Objective] To estimate the quality of RADIX ANGELICAE SINENSIS planted in two areas of Dabieshan Mountains. [ Method ] Contents of alcohol extract, polysaccharide and ferulic acid in RADIX ANGELICAE SINENSIS planted in two areas of Dabieshan Mountains were determined, and were compared with those in genuine producing area(Minxian County, Ganshu Province)and with the standard of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2005 edition). [Result] Genuine RADIX ANGELICAE SINENSIS, Dabieshan RADIX ANGELCAE SINENSIS I and Dabieshan RADIX ANGELICAE SINENSIS 11 were 50.800% ,49.300% and 46.500% in alcohol extracts, 25.500% ,24.700% and 20.300% in polysaccharide and 0.055% ,0.053% and 0.050% in ferulic acid, respectively. Content of alcohol extracts, polysaccharide and ferulic acid in introducing areas were lower than those in genuine area, but reached the quality standard ruled in Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2005 edition). [Conclusion] RADIX ANGELICAE SINENSIS introduced to Dabieshan Mountains meets the quality standard ruled in Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2005 edition).关键词
