不同栽培品种化州柚质量的研究
Comparative Studies on the Quality of Different Cultivars of Citrus grandis var.tamentosa Hart

Abstract
[Objective] To compare the quality of different cultivars of Citrus grandis var. Tamentosa Hart. [Method] Characteristic of different varieties of Citrus grandis var. Tamentosa Hart were observed and described, and the contents of flavonoids, naringin and rhoifolin in which were determined by UV and HPLC. Genetic distance among different variations was analyzed by AFLP. [ Results] Phenotype characteristics among the individuals of Citrus grandis var. Tamentosa Hart varied a lot. Contents of flavonoids and naringin were higher in Dachaling and Fengwei, and rhoifolin content was the highest in Dachaling. Genetic similarity coefficient among different cultivars was greater than 95%. [Conclusion] Phe-notypic variation of Citrus grandisvar. Tamentosa Hart among different varieties has formed, while there was no genetic variation. The qualities of Dachaling and Fengwei were the best.关键词
