原子吸收法测定青风藤根中微量元素和重金属含量
Determination of Heavy Metals and Trace Elements in the Roots of Caulis sinomenii by AAS
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to determine contents of Ca, Fe, Mn, Zn, Pb, Cu, Cd, As, Cr in the roots of Caulis sinomenii. [ Method ] Zeeman-GFAAS was adopted to determine Pb, Cd, As, Cr contents and Flame-AAS was used to determine Ca, Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu. [Result] The average content of Ca in caulis root was 604.430 mg/kg, Fe was 191.489 mg/kg, Mn was 299.216 mg/kg, Zn was 18.590 mg/kg, Cr was 1.750 mg/kg; the content of Pb was less than 0. 7 mg/kg, Cu was less than 8 mg/kg, Cd was less than 0. 5 mg/kg, As was less than 0. 5 mg/kg. F Conclusion] The content of heavy metals in caulis root was low, but microelements were abundant. Compared with rattan, the contents of Fe and Ca were higher, which has development value.关键词
