Abstract
From the aspects of species choice, sowing and seedling management, soil preparation and planting, temperature, illumination and rich water management, plant regulation and pest control as well as harvesting, a set of overwintering pepper cultivation techniques fit for the Basin of Yangtze-Huaihe River,in vivo preservation techniques, simple mulch insulation techniques were summarized, which were simple, practical , and effective for providing sufficient supplies of red peppers in winter.关键词
