摘要
Abstract
[Objective] In order to study the grading scores of food analysis experiment on science and accuracy. [ Method] A grading method of calculation standard deviation or relative standard deviation of food analysis experimental result was put forward. A scores was graded according to experimental data with standard deviation absolute value ratio of determination deviation, the results of experiment was as part of a comprehensive evaluation experiment scores. [ Result] by this method application of the determination total acidity in dairy products,it indicated that the method was proper, operation norm with experiments data analysis. The data analysis of dairy fat determination results showed students' operation method and experimental standardability to be discussed. [ Conclusion ] The method provided quantitative reference factor for assess experiment course scores of food analysis.关键词
