针晶蓝纤维藻对几种常用抗生素的敏感性研究
Study on the Sensitivity of Dactylococcopsis rhaphidioides to Common Antibiotics
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to explore the sensitivity of Dactylococcopsis rhaphidioides to 5 kinds of common antibiotics. [Method] Effects of common antibiotics such as penicillin,streptomycin ,cefazolin sodium,gentamicin sulfate.and chloramphenicol on the growth of Dactylococcopsis rhaphidioides were studied by spectrophotometric method. [ Result ] D. Rhaphidioides displayed differently sensitive to the tested antibiotics. Both chloramphenicol and streptomycin exhibited a relatively strong inhibition to D. Rhaphidioides, while penicillin and cefazolin sodium had a weak inhibitory effect. [Conclusion] Penicillin and cefazolin sodium may be used as antimicrobial agent for the axenic culture of D. Rhaphidioides.关键词
