Study on the Legal Tradition and the Future Ideal of Cooperative System Based on the View of Dual Value about Cooperative
摘要
Abstract
Based on the dual value characteristics of economic and ethical of cooperation, the legal tradition and the future ideal of cooperative system were described specifically, between which, there were full of contradiction between realism and idealism. The results indicated that although tradition theory of cooperation more reflected the holding of ethics value, along with the prominence of economic value of cooperation, the future structure of the cooperative system must be emphasis on the pursuit of economic value and keeps ethics value in the implementation of the economic value.关键词
