摘要

Abstract

Stress refers to the response of organisms, including humans and animals, to mental, emotional or physical stimulation. Excessive stress leads to stress damage by inducing tissue necrosis and organ exhaustion. Cell programmed necrosis is a new kind of programmed cell death with a precise target and signal transduction pathway, which plays a key role in regulating tissue damage induced by ischemic reperfusion, infection and inflammation. Furthermore, inhibition of programmed necrosis significantly prevents and cures stress damage in various animal models, so the proteins regulating programmed necrosis have become the new potent target for drug design in stress damage precaution and therapy.
