Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To study fingerprints of Huayu tongmai decoction by different decocting methods. METHODS: Hua-yu tongmai decoction was prepared by atmospheric and high pressure decoction machine. The HPLC method was used and the analysis was performed on Hypersil ODS2 C18(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm) column with acetonitril-water containing 0.05% formic acid as mobile phase (gradient elution) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The column temperature was set at 30℃ ,and the detection wavelength was at 280 nm. The fingerprints of Huayu tongmai decoction were established. RESULTS: A total of 14 common peaks were found, but their contents from various methods were significantly different. CONCLUSION;HPLC fingerprints technique can reflect the quality difference of Huayu tongmai decoction by different decocting methods completely.关键词
