摘要

Abstract

In order to enhance the precision of hot rolling strip steel thickness control and the percent of pass, and to control shape of strip, the paper researched the control of cleaning between the rolls and AGC control for automatic control system of hot rolling strip steel thickness as well as each kind of compensation control that the aim is to eliminate the internal disturbance. The application results of the mentioned techniques above show that the thickness deviation is less than 25 jxm for thickness of steel plate from 1.2 to 4.0 mm,and less than 35 μm for thickness of steel plate from 4.0 to 10.0 mm.
