摘要

Abstract

Aimed at the puzzle restricted severely by efficiency, accuracy and semi-automatic control in the straightening control process, by means of strong ability in data processing and operation of industrial computer control system, and combined with technique such as smart sensor, field bus and automation and so on, based on the expert database of straightening knowledge, the paper designed a suit of straightening monitoring system of full automation. In the paper, it proposed the straightening control strategy and fuzzy matching algorithm of straightening technology, and adopted various sorts of control pattern, and finally it realized the online monitoring of straightening process and alarm control of full automation. The designed monitoring system can satisfy the need of complex control.
