Insulation Damp Fault Warning Methods of Capacitance Equipments Using Water Content Prediction Model
摘要
Abstract
Taking common damp faults of capacitive equipment as research contents,we studied its fault degree characterization and warning methods.With virtual instrument technique and high-speed synchronous digital measurement technology,we developed a set of test system for insulating properties of high-precision capacitance equipment,proposed a design scheme of capacitance equipment damp fault model based on real equipment,and set damp fault artificially for current transformer.Moreover,we applied the test system to test the damped insulating properties of the current transformer and obtain the micro water content of insulating oil and tanδ,discharge current,resistance of current,and capacitance relation curves,and explored the insulation damp fault early warning value.According to the experimental data,we established a prediction model,and obtained the micro water content development route and speed of fault equipment.The results prove the feasibility of fault early warning for capacitive equipment when taking tanδ as a characteristic parameter,micro water content of insulating oil as threshold value.关键词
