摘要

Abstract

Neutral beam injection(NBI) is one of the most effective ways to heat plasma in tokomak.In order to construct and promote the mega watt level neutral beam injector on HL-2A tokomak,the power supplies and control sequence technology for the high beam current of ion source power are developed,including arc discharge,beam extraction and auxiliary power supplies,etc.Some important technologies such as digital signal processor control,current fast-shifting,IGBT in series modulator,high-frequency switched-mode power supply,core snubber,industrial Ethernet and so on have been used.The system has been operated stably in high-parameter NBI experiments on HL-2A tokomak for three years.The heating power of NBI to tokomak is close to 1 MW for 1 second and the instantaneous output power is higher than 2 MW.The ion temperature of the plasma center is up to 2×107°C.These results show that the system can be effectively used for high current ion beam extraction and protection,and can fully meet the system requirements of NBI on HL-2A tokomak.
