Abstract
Objective; To research the prevention and treatment effect of bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets used in advance in bronchiolitis with secondary diarrhea. Methods; One hundred and twenty-three children with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into a preventive group of 67 cases and a control group of 56 cases. Both groups accepted same routine treatment, with the preventive group having bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets for 7 days. Results; In the preventive group, the ratio of diarrhea during treatment was 31.3% (21/67) , while the ratio of control group was 51.8% (29/56). The difference between two groups had statistic significance ( P < 0. 05 ) . One patients of the preventive group had severe diarrhea, the incidence was 1.5% ( 1/67 ) , while 7 patients of the control group had severe diarrhea, the incidence was 12.5% (7/56). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions; Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets used in advance can decrease the incidence of secondary diarrhea on bronchiolitis.关键词
