超重环境下微波辐射对小鼠血清中IL-10、IFN—γ、TNF—α含量及学习记忆能力的影响

摘要
Abstract
Aim of this paper is to establish the mice model under hypergravity and microwave radiation, detect serum IL10, IFN-γ TNF-α and change of body weight, spleen and thymus and to observe learning ability by step-through test and step-down test. TNF-α of Hypergravity and microwave radiation group has significant difference in comparison with control group (p 〈0.05), but IL10 and IFN-γ have no significant difference compared with control group (p 〉0.05). Hypergravtity and microwave radiation has no obvious effect on the learning ability. The hypergravtity and microwave radiation can lead to mice injury. Change of immunity factors can be considered as early period detection.关键词
