Establishment and application of a nested RT-PCR method for detection of duck hepatitis virus typeⅠ

Abstract
Based on the genome sequence of duck hepatitis virus typeⅠ（DHV-Ⅰ） in GenBank,two pairs of specific primers were designed using Oligo6.0 software.A nested RT-PCR method for detection of DHV-Ⅰ was established.This method had good specificity,sensitivity and reproducibility,and might detect low content（1 pg） DHV-Ⅰ accurately and rapidly.This method will solve the difficulties of the disease detection in tissues,and could be used for rapid diagnosis and helpful for further study and elimination of duck viral hepatitis typeⅠ.关键词
