摘要

Abstract

It's a long-term mission for the power grid to increase its capability of accommodating the fast growing wind power.With the introduction of plug-in electric vehicles(PEVs),the synergy between the PEVs charging and the wind power has provided a possibility of multi-resource utilization on the platform of the smart grid.The PEVs charging load profile and the impact of different charging modes on the grid are studied,based on which a multi-time scale synergistic dispatch model for the PEVs and wind power is developed.Proceeding from the planned data and measured data of the two regional power grids in China,the feasibility of dispatched PEVs charging is investigated to smooth the equivalent load and accommodate the excessive wind power during the low demand night-time period.
