Abstract
This paper investigated the dead-time compensation and elimination scheme of voltage source inverter, and problems during its implementation. Then, a novel sine pulse width modulation (SPWM) scheme for dead-time elimination in a grid-connected inverter was proposed. To apply the new scheme to the three-phase three-level grid-connected inverter, first the split phase control is used to reach the grid current and modulation function decoupling. Then the decoupled modulation fianctions are used for the dead-time elimination scheme. The new method does not rely on the hardware current detection circuit as the conventional ways do, the availability and the simplicity are verified by the experiment.关键词
