摘要

Abstract

A new type composite-current driven synchronous permanent magnet planar motor was proposed in this paper. The structure and operation principle of the motor were introduced. According to its special operation principle and structure, the design method of this type motor was studied. The main dimension of the planar motor was confirmed, also the expression was derived. The design of the coil and permanent magnet was studied respectively, effects of the height of the coil and the thickness of the magnet on the electrical properties of the planar motor were analyzed also. A prototype motor is manufactured according to the design method proposed, some experiments are also carried out. The design method is verified to be reasonable by analysis the experiment results.
