11个延边地区栽培梨品种的S基因型鉴定
Determination of S-genotypes of eleven pear cultivars growing in Yanbian region
摘要
Abstract
Classifying pear S-genotypes is useful for breeding programs and helpful to the selection of suitable pollinators.Using a pair of primers specific to pear S-RNases,PCR amplification of S genes from genomic DNA of eleven Yanbian pear cultivars was carried out.Then the PCR products were extracted,cloned and sequenced.The amplified fragments were assigned to their respective S-RNases by Blast analyses.The S-genotypes of the eleven tested pear cultivars were identified as follows：Pingguoli（S1S17）;Dongning wuhaodali（S1S17）;Yanguangli（S1S17）;Pingboxiang（S1S8m）;Zaosu（S1Sd）;Yanbianxiehuatian（S17S31）;Jianbali（S12S30）;Yanbianmingyueli（S3Se）;Xiaoxiangshuiyabian（SeSx）;Chaoxianyangli（SeS3）;Mishirazu（S5Sd）.关键词
