11个延边地区栽培梨品种的S基因型鉴定
Determination of S-genotypes of eleven pear cultivars growing in Yanbian region

Abstract
Classifying pear S-genotypes is useful for breeding programs and helpful to the selection of suitable pollinators.Using a pair of primers specific to pear S-RNases,PCR amplification of S genes from genomic DNA of eleven Yanbian pear cultivars was carried out.Then the PCR products were extracted,cloned and sequenced.The amplified fragments were assigned to their respective S-RNases by Blast analyses.The S-genotypes of the eleven tested pear cultivars were identified as follows:Pingguoli(S1S17);Dongning wuhaodali(S1S17);Yanguangli(S1S17);Pingboxiang(S1S8m);Zaosu(S1Sd);Yanbianxiehuatian(S17S31);Jianbali(S12S30);Yanbianmingyueli(S3Se);Xiaoxiangshuiyabian(SeSx);Chaoxianyangli(SeS3);Mishirazu(S5Sd).关键词
