An Assembly Sequences Planning System Based on Human-computer Collaborative Approach for Complex Product
摘要
Abstract
To improve the efficiency and quality of assembly sequences planning for complex product,based on analysis of difficulty and deficiency of early assembly sequences planning methods and systems,a two-level assembly sequences planning method for complex product,including structure-level planning and operation-level planning,is presented in this paper.A new human-computer collaborative strategy is further proposed according to the different characteristics of many constraints related to assembly sequences,which integrates interactive planning with automatic planning of assembly sequence and guarantees the goodness and efficiency of assembly sequence planning.The architecture of the two-level planning system of assembly sequences is constructed and key implementation techniques of this system is introduced in detail.A case study is finally given for a universal transmission machine to show the effectiveness of the above system.关键词
