摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the requirement of a manufacturing execution system for data acquisition of equipment in the shop,we present a data acquisition system for a numerical control machine tool based on ARM9 and embedded Linux OS.It successfully collected the machine tool′s state information and the spindle current signal.After analyzing the requirements of MES oriented data acquisition and the features of the machine signals as well as the principle of embedded data acquisition of the NC machine tool,the hardware platform was designed,and the device driver application and graphic user interface application were developed separately.A kind of storage and sending control mechanism is also proposed for dealing with the data collected from the embedded acquisition system.Finally,the system test and verification was performed.The results show the feasibility of the data acquisition system.
