摘要
Abstract
A simple and rapid method for determination of mercury in soil samples by microwave digestion followed by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry was developed.The microwave digestion process and size of samples were optimized.A mixture of 3 mL nitric acid and 2 mL hydrochloric acid was used as digestion solvent,with which the mercury in soil samples can be sufficiently extracted.3% of hydrochloric acid was used as carrier,and a mixture of 0.01% of potassium borohydride and 0.5% of sodium hydroxide was used as reducing agent.For four certified reference materials,the values of Hg obtained by this method were in good agreement with the certified values.The recoveries of spiked samples were over the range between 92% and 103%.关键词
