摘要

Abstract

In order to find a more effective and economical way to remove benzene and 1,1-dichloroethene(DCE),which were difficult to be remedied and commonly coexisting organic in groundwater,the degradation characteristics of benzene and DCE by strain DB-TS,screened from activated sludge tamed by benzene and DCE,were investigated in this study.When the initial benzene concentration maintained a certain value,the degradation rate of benzene reduced and the removal rate of DCE increased firstly and then inclined with increasing initial DCE concentration.The removal of benzene was in accordance with first-order reaction kinetics.Moreover,the degradation of DCE confirmed well with Monod equation: the saturation constant was 3.756 mg/L and the maximum specific degradation rate of DCE was 2.178 mg/(L·h).
