喷动床半干式烟气脱硫脱硝实验研究
Experimental research of semi-dry flue gas simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification with spouted bed

Abstract
Simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification is applicable technology under our national conditions and has good application prospect.Semi-dry flue gas simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification was studied for its feasibility in spouted bed testing apparatus by using urea as absorbent.The effects of key operating parameters such as molar ratio of urea and air pollutant,approach to adiabatic saturation temperature,inlet temperature of flue gas and inlet concentration of air pollution on removal efficiency of SO2 and NOx were investigated.The results showed that in the proper condition the removal efficiency of SO2 and NOx were above 85% and 75%,respectively,which could satisfy most requirements of industrial scale applications.Different from other semi-dry processes,the removal efficiency of gaseous contaminants drop rapidly while molar ratio of urea and air pollutant was greater than 1.2.The influences of other factors of desulfurization and denitrification efficiency coincided with that of other semi-dry technologies.关键词
