摘要

Abstract

Various treatment technologies for food waste(anaerobic digestion,aerobic composting,fodder production and biochemical processor) were evaluated and compared by using the life cycle assessment methodology.The result shows that environmental effect of anaerobic digestion,aerobic composting,fodder production and biochemical processor is 1.35×10-3,4.42×10-3,3.78×10-2 and 1.18×10-2,and the treatment cost is 2.1,5.65,0.37 and 1.4 yuan/(capita·a),respectively.The anaerobic digestion and fodder production treatment methods are better than others in environmental benefit and economic benefit.
