Abstract
BaMg2–x(PO4)2:xEu^3+ phosphors were synthesized by a high temperature solid state method.The result by X-ray diffraction(XRD) indicates that the sample is a pure phase of BaMg2(PO4)2 crystal structure.The photoluminescence spectra exhibits that the sample fitted a ultraviolet–light emitting diode(UV–LED) chip(350–410 nm) excitation.The main emission peaks locates at 595 nm(^5D0→7F1),614 nm(^5D0→7F2) and 700 nm(^5D0→^7F4).The results show that the transition of 5D0→7F1 is enhanced and the transition of ^5D0→^7F2 is inhibited when the amount of Eu^3+-doped in the BaMg2–x(PO4)2:xEu^3+ is increased.The charge compensation results show that incorporation of Li+,Na+ and K+ could increase the emission intensity.It was found that Li+ ion could give the best im-provements of the intensity of 595 nm and K+ ion to the intensity of 614 nm.The increase of the compensation ionic radius could increase the probability of electric dipole allowed ^5D0→^7F2 transition.关键词
