油管外表面气动喷砂两相流场数值模拟OA北大核心CSCDCSTPCD
Numerical Simulation of Two-phase Flow Field on Outside Blasting of Tubing
为了确定油管外表面气动喷砂的工艺参数,采用遵循欧拉-拉格朗日方法的离散相颗粒模型,对不同工况条件下的气固两相流场进行数值模拟。首先采用S-A湍流模型对连续相流场进行数值模拟,得到了气相流场的特性;再采用颗粒轨道模型对固体颗粒相流场进行计算;最后,在仿真计算过的气相流场中加入固体颗粒相,求解颗粒的受力情况,得出颗粒轨迹和速度。结果表明:当喷射距离在100mm、粒子直径在0.5~1.0mm之间时,粒子喷射到油管外壁的速度最大,并且能够覆盖外壁全表面,喷砂效果最佳。
