基于维修状态BOM的设备维修状态管理OA北大核心CSCDCSTPCD
Management for Equipment Maintenance Status Based on Maintenance Status BOM
目前,对于设备维修历史的管理缺乏层次性与系统性,导致在大量维修文档中查询设备维修记录困难,同时导致设备维修历史记录缺失。以维修状态项和维修状态为记录设备维修过程的元数据,以维修状态BOM为设备维修状态看板与管理工具,基于维修状态BOM中每个维修状态项的维修状态演化表记录设备维修状态,从而能够系统性记录与管理设备维修历史。最后以碳酸制瓶机的维修状态管理为案例阐释了研究思路。
