A Key Exchange Protocol for Space Network
摘要
Abstract
The version 2 of the Internet Key Exchange Protocol(IKEv2) is becoming a request for comments.Compared with IKEv1,IKEv2 is more reliable and more secure.There is stricter requirement for the efficiency and security of key exchange protocol in space network.Based on the analysis on the requirement of the space network and the characteristics of space network,this paper designs an Internet key exchange protocol suitable for space network based on IKEv2,named IKESal.The IKESal has the same exchange mode and messages number with IKEv2.This paper analyzes the function,exchange efficiency and security words in IKEv2's message header,and then balances exchange efficiency and security requirement,deletes or simplifies these words in message header.At last,this paper analyzes the exchange efficiency and security of IKESal.IKESal is more compact than IKEv2 and more suitable for space network.关键词
