Abstract
In order to improve the design rationality of low voltage differential signaling(LVDS)communication,the equivalent model of LVDS interface circuit is set based on the superposition theorem,the value range of the bias resistance is discussed in theorem by using the node voltage method,the electric potential of the differential input signal is calculated,and then the relation curves between the signal and the twisted pair resistance R are simulated with the help of Matlab 7.0.1 software.Finally,its resistance value range 46Ω≤R≤55Ω is given,and according to the experiments and the circuit theory the best value range 50Ω≤R≤55Ω is drawn,which can assure the LVDS communication reliable.关键词
