基于砂带磨削的钛合金复合板材恒压自适应控制研究

Abstract
We present a new method of adaptive control with constant pressure on large-scale surface grinding ma- chine for solving the problem of unevenness in the process of abrasive belt grinding on titanium alloy composite plates. The grinding head and the belt follow of the ups and downs the plate surface effectively through contacting the workpiece with the constant pressure. Not only the grinding depth and the size of the titanium alloy plates are en- sured, but also the surface processing quality is improved. We used the Matlab7. 0 for simulation in the minimum va- fiance self-tuning controller, and found that the weighting factor between 1.2 and 2 is better. The results show that: using the adaptive control grinding with constant pressure, the thickness of the material removal of the specimen sur- face is floating between 0. 1 nun -0. 2 nun, and the adaptive control with constant pressure achieves good results.关键词
