Effects of SO2 dual release on the storage quality of Red Globe grape
摘要
Abstract
The effects of SO2 on Red Globe grape physiology and SO2 injure during storage were studied.Fruits of Red Globe grape were treated with SO2 dual release,then stored at(0±0.5) ℃ for 180 d.The results showed that SO2 dual release treatment delayed the decreasing of titratable acid and Vc,and kept nutritional components of grape.We found that SO2 dual release treatment evidently delayed the increase of membrane permeability and MDA content,and kept integrity of membrane.It was also found that SO2 dual release treatment decreased SO2 injure and residues,and guaranteed edible safety and commodity value of the grape.关键词
