摘要

Abstract

PLS gelled material can be applied in rural cement concrete road to save cement consumption.However,when low-grade flyash is mixed into the material,the strength of PLS concrete will be too low in early stage.In order to solve this problem,the characteristics of PLS concrete mixture are analyzed.Then orthogonal test program of PLS concrete is designed after selecting parameters for orthogonal test.The test results show that the optimum mix of PLS concrete is: total volume of flyash and carbide slag of 300 kg/m3,cement content of 130 kg/m3,water-cement ratio of 0.49.
