皂苷与植物病原真菌相互关系研究进展
Research Advances in Interactions between Saponins and Phytopathogenic Fungi
摘要
Abstract
Saponins are plant secondary metabolites that occur in many plant species,which have been implicated as determinants of resistance to fungal attack because of their antifungal activity.A number of fungi that could succeed in breaching these antimicrobial plant defenses produce saponin-detoxifying enzymes which remove either one or more sugar residues from the saponin to produce less toxic products,suggesting that common mechanisms for saponin detoxification may be widespread in phytopathogenic fungi.Recent research advance was summarized and the future research trend of interactions between saponins and phytopathogenic fungi was pointed out in this paper.关键词
