Abstract
A new type squeeze film damper was designed to reduce the spool's impact and vibration in a two-stage larger flow rate high-speed on/off valve with the 450L/min flow rate and 8ms turn-off time.The valve spool was buffered in tail process with aid of the damper's nonlinear reaction thrust and nonlinear damp.The valve's impact strength decreases largely and vibration disappears under conditions that response speed does not drop,and the valve's sealing performance,reliability and service life improve largely.The simulation and experimental results show:the damper has optimum buffering performance when oil film thickness is 0.1mm,and the spool closing process approaches ideal.The valve will has a great potential application in the powerful occasions because of it has perfect performance: larger flow rate,fast response and novel damper.The study achievements will have important theoretical and practical significance to develop new hydraulic components.关键词
